國科會專題計畫申請結果公布了
桑寄生與啄花鳥的計劃通過了
這是不容易的 因為國科會第二個計畫很不容易過
謝謝修銘之前打下的基礎 以及勁廷的協助
我也蠻高興的
這樣研究經費會比較充裕 而且接下來幾年我會繼續探討這方面的問題
八月我會去ESA與AOU去開會
八月底我妻小會先回台灣
大家的暑假才開始沒多久
好好把握時間 衝刺進度 充實自己 或是做自己想做的事吧

It is with great pleasure that the Executive Committee of the Mammalogical Society of Japan announces that the Annual Meeting of the Mammalogical Society of Japan will take place in Taipei, Taiwan, 2009.
This is the first time in history that the Society will hold the Annual Meeting outside the country. Our Committee would like to welcome Society members to Taipei for the Meeting.
General informationThe Annual Meeting of the Mammalogical Society of Japan Date: November 21-24, 2009
Contents: oral and poster presentations/ workshops/ open symposium /Venue: Conference Center, National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan ROC.Tel: +886-2-2363-5868（台湾大学・集思会議中心）
Policy: The Executive Committee would welcome the society members to actively interact with people of Taiwan through the conference and hope that we create a model where the Society academically cooperates with Asian countries. We would like to take this opportunity to establish an academic center in the field of Mammalogy in Asia.
There will be no major changes in size and scope of the annual meeting. It will be held outside Japan not for a special case, but to establish a ground where everyone would participate and enjoy the annual meeting held in Asian countries. Although the Mammalogical Society of Taiwan has not formally started yet, there may be a possibility that one the first meetings of the Society would take place in the same period of time as our conference. As a close neighbor, we would welcome the opportunity to work closely with the Society and begin the first step of their history together.We will update the conference website as necessary.
